Minutes <br />of the Meeting of October 23rd were approved as mailed. The following <br />business was discussed. <br />1. RESOLUTION MODIFICATION <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to pass the modification <br />to the Resolution of the Survey & Planning Application of the Sample Street <br />Project, which requests approval by the United States of America to incur <br />costs in an amount not to exceed $98, 000 for surveying and planning. <br />After federal approval of the above has been obtained, it will enable us <br />to carry on our project with city funds until such time that federal funds <br />areavailable and the Constitutionality of Renewal in Indiana has been <br />acce ted. <br />MEETING ADJOURNED: <br />3 <br />Fran4 G.
