BODY of the as it RESOLUTION NO. 12 [ON OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT , the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body ty of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, (herein known ion ") finds that the Sample Street Redevelopment Project Area as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right of Chapin Street ith the southerly right of way line of the New York Central Main Li e right of way. THENCE, in an easterly direction along the southerly right of way line of said New York Central right of way for a distance + of approx- imately 730 feet to the intersection with the easterly right of way line of Scott S reet. THENCE, in a southerly direction along said easterly right of way line of Scott Street for a distance + of 800 feet to the intersection with the easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue. THENCE, along the easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue for a stence + of approximately 1460 feet in a southwesterly direction to the point where said easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue intersects with the southerly right of way line of Garst Street, extended. THENCE, along the southerly right of way line of Garst Street extende and Garst Street for a distance of 600 feet in a westerly directi n to the end of Garst Street at the easterly property line of Wilson Irothers. HENCE, in a northerly direction for a distance + of 290 feet along said easterly property line of the Wilson Brothers Plant to the northerl right of way line of Kerr Street. HENCE, in'an easterly direction along the northerly right of way line of Kerr Street for a distance of 220 feet to the intersection with the westerly right of way line of Catalpa Avenue. HENCE, in a northerly direction along the westerly right of way line of Catalpa Avenue for a distance of 300 feet to the intersection with the southerly right of way line of Sample Street. HENCE, in a westerly direction along the southerly right of way line of Sample Street for a distance + 940 feet to the intersection with the west rly right of way line of McPherson Street, extended. HENCE, in a northerly direction along the westerly right of way line of McPherson Street, extended, and McPherson Street, for a distance +825 feet to the intersection with the northerly right of way line of the firs east -west alley north of Dunham Street.
