T <br />AND REIMBURSEMENTS (cont'd) <br />The Commission expressed their desire for attendance of the members at the <br />above conference, since the experience and ideas gained would benefit all <br />and would be for the good of the Commission. A motion was made, seconded <br />and a proved by all that the traveling expense involved in attending these <br />confe ences would be reimbursed upon submittal of bills, since we have a <br />travel ng expense allowance of $1,500 in the budget. <br />7. RESIGNATION OF DONALD ADAIR <br />Mr. Eoczan read a letter of resignation from Mr. Adair, who stated that <br />his other duties and out -of -town commitments were forcing him to resign. <br />However, until the Board of Trustees replaces him and the new member is <br />officially sworn in, Mr. Adair legally remains a member of the Commission. <br />Mr, S cher will write him a letter of regret and explanation of resignation <br />procedure, and will forward Mr. Adair's letter to the Board of Redevelopment <br />Trustees. <br />It was felt by all of the Redevelopment Commission members that Mr. Adair's <br />resignation will be a great loss because of his past valuable services, and also <br />because of his work with the Plan Commission. <br />Mr. <br />sec( <br />ME <br />Iarm <br />illiams made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, and Mr. Louis <br />ed it, and it was unanimously carried. <br />G ADJOURNED: <br />r <br />Or <br />a <br />oczan, re i ent i4nes G.
