Electi n of Officers - The following members were nominated and unanimously <br />elected. to office: <br />President -. Mr. Frank Koczan <br />Vice President .- Mr. James Louis <br />Secretary - Mr. Donald Adair <br />2. The <br />ving bills were approved: <br />a) January rent for Commission offices ($275.00) was <br />approved, with the stipulation that the Planning <br />Commission, which occupies 50 % of the rented <br />space, pay the full rent alternating years <br />b) $1, 860.00 for office car <br />c) $19.90 - supplies <br />3. The staff situation was discussed. Mr. Sucher was instructed to use his <br />judgment in hiring a secretary, but to present any other proposed employees <br />to the Commission for an interview. <br />4. The Commission decided to hold regular monthly meetings on the first <br />Thur day, beginning in March.
