UPC <br />offi <br />sha <br />Secretary - Mr. James Louis was nominated by Mr. Koczan. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Williams, and <br />unanimously carried. <br />acceptance of the above elections, the new and duly elected <br />rs are to hold office until the expiration of their terms, which <br />be January 2, 1961. <br />Mr Helmen then continued to preside for the remainder of the <br />me ting in his newly elected office as President. <br />2) $T7A]FRr AIPPORM'7i'MM1F YSi <br />L motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Louis, and <br />animously carried, the following were reappointed to the staff <br />the Redevelopment Commission: <br />Mr. Henry Sucher - Executive Director <br />Mr. James Neidigh - Assistant Director <br />Mr. John Fezy - Draftsman <br />Mr. Fred Baer - Attorney <br />. new appointment to the staff, conditional on her ability to <br />erform the work satisfactorily, will be that of Miss Eileen <br />hearhart as Secretary. She will replace Mrs. Joan Elias, <br />ho will be leaving South Bend with her husband on January 15. <br />r.
