All such funds shall be promptly turned over to the treasurer of the city or town, who shall deposit the same to the credit of the Redevelopment District Fund. 0# or before the tenth day of each calendar month the treasurer shall notify the Icommissioners and the officer or officers of the city or town charged by law fox the performance of duties in respect to the funds and accounts of the city or town of the amount standing to the credit of said fund at the close of business �n the last day of the preceding month. All payments from said fund shall be made by warrants drawn by such officer or officers upon vouchers of the commissioners signed by the president or vice president, and the secretary or executive secretary of said commissioners. All money remaining in the fund at the endl of the calendar year shall continue to belong to such fund for use as providod in this act. ARTICLE III - MEETINGS Section 1. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Commission shall be held on the 2nd day of January at 12:00 p.m., at the regular meeting place of t e Commission. In the event such date shall fall on a Sunday or a legal holi ay, the annual meeting shall be held on the next succeeding secular day. Section 2. Regular Meeting. Regular meetings shall be held without notice at 2:15 p.m. on the ist Thursday of each month at the office of the Commission, or such other place as the Commission may designate. Section 3. Special Meetings. The president of the Commission may, when he deems it expedient, and shall, upon the written request of two members of the C of trans ission, call a special meeting of the Commission, for the purpose g business designated in the call.
