Hill Street /Kalorama Street Rezoning: Legal Description <br />The Northeast Neighborhood Redevelopment Organization (NNRO) is redeveloping the Hill Street <br />Neighborhood. The two lots we wish to rezone are currently vacant and are unique in that they are zoned <br />multi- family in an area otherwise zoned exclusively single - family. It is our intent to rezone said lots to <br />single - family use (SF2) so single family homes can be built on them. This rezoning will allow us to <br />proceed with our redevelopment plan in general and in a manner that preserves the character of the <br />neighborhood. <br />The two lots are legally described as follows: <br />801 Hill: Lot 6 Ex 45' W End & N 1/2 Vac Kalorama.
