Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr. makes the motion <br />to strike this bill from the agenda. Councilmember David Varner seconds the motion <br />which carries. All affirmed. <br />Karen White looks for ways to encourage public input into budget process. Valerie <br />Schey suggest on -line survey.
