ERESCO4 <br />�arrc, �V'ni f...0oa V <br />Ameresco has determined that the actual energy savings achieved from this project during year 1 of the <br />Guarantee Period are $46,815. This means that the energy savings Guarantee of $45,118 was exceeded by <br />$1,697. Along with the Operating Cost Savings of $203,431, the year 1 savings total is $250,246. The county <br />can expect to achieve these savings throughout the project term through the continued practice of using the <br />same equipment for repairs when necessary, and by operating at the parameters specified in the Amendment. <br />Ameresco performed a measurement and verification site visit on August 22nd, 2018 to inspect and monitor <br />the ECMs. Additionally, Ameresco has remotely monitored the building automation system in order to ensure <br />that the systems were operating as intended. It is recommended that operating schedules at the Government <br />Center be reduced where possible. <br />Please notify Ameresco within 45 days of the receipt of this report if the county desires to continue M&V <br />Services.
