Mr. Varner <br />also asked if the total cost of the building <br />could be provided. Mr. Kain responded that <br />he did not have these numbers at present but <br />would be able to provide them to Mr. Varner <br />within a few days. <br />Mr. Davis expressed concerns that the AEDA <br />TIF is being spent quickly and wanted to <br />make sure there would be funds for other <br />needs. Ms. Jones and Mr. Inks assured him <br />that the AEDA TIF receives $11 M each year, <br />$4M of which is reserved for debt service. <br />27 <br />
