ISouth Bend Central Development Area <br />) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 3069 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement with the Board of Public Works <br />(Access Agreement for Orchestra Pit <br />Donation). <br />(4) Proposal for 3rd Amendment of Listing <br />Agreement with CBRE /Bradley (Hotel <br />LaSalle and vacant lot at Colfax and Hill. <br />Mr. Relos noted that this Amendment of <br />Listing Agreement from CBRE /Bradley <br />extends through August 31, 2013 the listing <br />agreement for the Hotel La Salle and vacant <br />lot at Colfax & Hill. In this challenging real <br />estate market, staff believes CBRE is doing a <br />good job marketing these properties and <br />screening potential interested parties. Staff <br />requests approval. <br />Mr. Varner asked whether this extension was <br />necessary because the deal was falling <br />through for the LaSalle Hotel with the <br />Kalamazoo interests. Mr. Relos responded <br />that, no, that developer just needs a little <br />more time.
