(No. 1) <br />RESOLUTION <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment ,desiring to <br />facilitate acquisition of properties in the Sample Street Project <br />Area,resolves as follows: <br />1. That all owners of acquired property be permitted to remain <br />in their dwellings, rent free, for a period not to exceed thirty days. <br />2. That all tenants be permitted to remain in their dwellings, <br />rent free, until the end of the rental period during which their <br />dwelling is acquired. <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission is of the opinion that <br />the above policy will expedite progress of the project by facilitat- <br />ing property acquisition. <br />(Signatur of President) <br />ATTEST:: <br />(Secretary) <br />SEAL <br />
