R 395 (No' 2) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMIS- <br />S ONj GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPART - <br />ENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />v`J <br />APPROVING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS <br />/ ILL BE MADE FOR PROJECT NO. IND. R -7 <br />WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to <br />Section 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf <br />o the Housing and Home Finance Administrator require that the condi- <br />tions under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments <br />and, if fixed Relocation Payments are proposed, the Fixed Relocation <br />P yments Schedule be officially approved by the governing body of the <br />L cal Public Agency. <br />WHEREAS, there was presented to this meeting of the Govern- <br />; Body for its consideration and approval a set of conditions under <br />ich the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments, which set <br />conditions is set forth in the Relocation Plan, and a Fixed Relocation <br />yrnentit Schedule dated December 17, 1959, and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions under which the Local Public Agency <br />W. make Relocation Payments and the Fixed Relocation Payments Sche- <br />d le was reviewed and considered at said meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to <br />Section 106 (f)- of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf <br />of the Housing and Home Finance Administrator make provision for the <br />designation by the governing body of. the Local Public Agency of an officer <br />of the Local Public Agency who shall approve claims for Relocation Pay- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body, <br />as follows-: <br />1. That the conditions under which the Local Public Agency <br />will make Relocation Payments be and it is hereby in all <br />respects approved. <br />2. That the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule be and it is <br />hereby in all respects approved. <br />3. That the Executive Director be and he is hereby designated,,- <br />to approve all claims for Relocation Payments. <br />(Signature) <br />Vice President <br />.
