R 395 <br />(No. 8) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVER114ING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT APPROVING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RELOCATION <br />PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR PROJECT NO. IND. R -7 <br />WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to <br />Section 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf <br />of the Bousing and Home Finance Administrator require that the conditions <br />under hich the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments and, <br />if fixed Relocation Payments are proposed, the Fixed Relocation Payments <br />Schedul be officially approved by the governing body of the Local Public <br />Agency <br />WHEREAS, there was presented to this meeting of the Governing <br />�. Body for its consideration and approval a set of conditions under which the <br />Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments, which set of conditions <br />is set f rth in the Relocation Plan, and a Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule <br />dated arch 3, 1960, and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions under which the Local Public Agency <br />will m e Relocation Payments and the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule <br />was re iewed and considered at said meeting, and <br />WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to <br />Section 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf of <br />the Housing and Horne Finance Administrator make provision for the designa- <br />tion by the governing body of the Local Public Agency of an officer of the <br />Local public Agency who shall approve claims for Relocation Payments: <br />as <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body, <br />s: <br />1. That the conditions under which the Local Public Agency <br />will make Relocation Payments be and it is hereby in all <br />respects approved. <br />2. That the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule be and it is <br />hereby in all respects approved. <br />3.
