BODY of the as " RESOLUTION N0. 12 OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT , the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body ty of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, (herein known I') finds that the Sample Street Redevelopment Project Area as follows; BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right of Chapin Street ith the southerly right of way line of the New York Central Main Li a right of way. THENCE, in an easterly direction along the southerly right of way line of said New York Central right of way for a distance + of approx- imately 730 feet to the intersection with the easterly right of way line of Scott Street. THENCE, in a southerly direction along said easterly right of way line of Scott Street for a distance + of 800 feet to the intersection with the easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue. THENCE, along the easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue for a stance + of approximately 1460 feet in a southwesterly direction to the oirt where said easterly right of way line of Prairie Avenue interse is with the southerly right of way line of Garst Street, extended. THENCE, along the southerly right of way line of Garst Street extended and Garst Street for a distance of 600 feet in a westerly direction to the end of Garst Street at the easterly property line of Wilson Brothers.
