BE IT F U R T HE R RESOLVED that the plat of the area prepared in accord lance with the governing statutes and now on file with the Commission, marked " is hereby Property Map, Sample Street Project Area, R 311 -E, " be and the same approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the list of the owners of the property o be acquired, keyed to "Property 17v4ap, Sample Street Project Area, R 311 -E, " marked "List 1, 2, 3, and 4 - -, Sample Street Project Area, " be and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the general redevelopment plan and specifications,. marked "Urban Renewal Plan" and "Land Use Plan, Sample Street Project Area, R 311 -C 1," now on file with the Commission, be and the s me is hereby approved, and that the blighted area hereinabove described be acquired and redeveloped in accordance with said master plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution, together y,,ith the supporting data, map, plat, list and plan be submitted to the South Bed City Plan Commission for examination by said bodies and determination as to whether the redevelopment plan conforms to the master plan for the develop- ment of e City, and for their written orders approving or disapproving this decla- ratory resolution and the redevelopment plan proposed. 5 -
