I (Exhibit C - Application for Loan and Grant) Resolution No. 15 area, dated May 5, 1960, which plan is entitled "Urban Renewal Plan" and consists of nine (9) pages and five (5) exhibits and a set of conditions under which the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment will make Relo- cation Payments, which set of conditions is set forth in the Relocation Plan and Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule dated May 5, 1960 attached hereto and arked for the Urban Renewal Project contemplated by said application; and the c Body WHEREAS, the urban renewal plan and the conditions under which ocal Public Agency will make Relocation Payments and the Fixed Relo- i Payments Schedule were reviewed and considered at said meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, as follows: 1. That the conditions under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments are hereby in all respects approved. 2. That the urban renewal plan is hereby in all respects approved and the Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said urban renewal plan with the minutes of this meeting. 3. That the redevelopment of the project area for predominantly non- residential uses is necessary for the proper development of the community. 4. That the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule is hereby in all re- spec s approved. 5. That the Executive Director is hereby designated to approve all clair*s for Relocation Payments. -2 - R 303
