Resd <br />)lution No. 16 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South <br />Bend, Department of Redevelopment that an Application on behalf of the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment for a loan u n d e r <br />Section 102 (a) of said Title J in the amount of Two Million, Five Hun- <br />dred -nd Twenty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,527,500) <br />and for a Project Capital Grant and a Relocation Grant to the full amount <br />available for undertaking and financing the Project is hereby approved, <br />and that the President is hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to fie such Application with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, and <br />toprovide such additional information and to furnish such documents as <br />may be required in behalf of said Agency, and to act as the authorized <br />correspondent of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on May 5, 1960, at the office of the Commission, 129 <br />West Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />SEA <br />L <br />ATTEST: <br />_ South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />, Executive Director <br />I'AE <br />
