re <br />in the <br />Form <br />fair <br />IRNS;OILWTIION lilt®.. 191 <br />LUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION , <br />RNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />VELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144, <br />JEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ". <br />ADOPTED July 7, 1960 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Gov- <br />; Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has <br />red the three separate appraisals for the real estate to be acquired <br />Sample Street Project Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices as shown on HHFA <br />H -6144, dated July 7, 1960, are in the opinion of the Commission, <br />id reasonable; now therefore, <br />B E I T R E S O L V E D by the South Bend Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, <br />dated Tuly 7, 1960, is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Com fission held on July 7, 1960, at the office of the Commission, <br />129 W st Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />SOUBEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />(SEAL <br />ATTZ <br />�t <br />Henry <br />Sucheyl, Executive Director <br />
