OW,4THEREFORE, on motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously <br />passe , it was <br />VED: That Interstate Demolition Corporation be notified <br />that their bid for the Sample Street Renewal Project Indiana R -7 <br />for the sum of Sixty -three Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty -four <br />dollars and Fifty -two cents ($63,784.52) be accepted. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Executive Secretary notify said <br />Interstate Demolition Corporation of the acceptance of this contract <br />and notify them to submit to the Commission a fully executed agree- <br />ment, proper form of Performance Bond, policies of insurance, and <br />gener <br />third <br />.1 compliance with all initial documents required of them. <br />URTHER RESOLVED: That all other bids, except the second and <br />lowest be returned to the bidders.
