:•r RESOLUTION NO. 30 'ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, ZING THE SIGNING OF THE DEMOLITION CONTRACT COVERING THE SAMPLEISTREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA - PROJECT NO. INDIANA R -7. , Mr. Sucher, Executive Director, has advised the Commissioners that the Interstate Demolition Corporation, the lowest bidder, had submitted the following fully executed documents: Five (5) copies of Agreement For Demolition. Certificate of Insurance from Liberty Mutual ins Insurance Company covering Workmen's Compensa- tion, Comprehensive General Liability, and all other hazards. Five (5) copies of Performance and Payment Bond with Interstate Demolition Corporation as Principal and the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as Surety. [OW, THEREFORE, on motion duly made by Mr. Clyde Williams, 4 by Mr. Fred Helmen, and on the basis of approval of said tents by Mr. Frederick K. Baer, LPA Counsel, the following resolu on was unanimously adopted: SOLVED: That the Commission sign and approve said Demolition Contract. That a signed and fully executed copy of said agreement be forwarded to the Interstate Demolition Corporation, together with instructions to commence demolition of a certain number of dwellings to be 'temized and listed on a separate communication by Mr. Henry Sucher, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Commission.
