RE OLUTION_NO. 33. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: That the present procedure by Interstate <br />Demolition Corporation of selling units to individual wreckers <br />or demolishers for salvage shall henceforth be terminated and <br />that notice of this resolution be forwarded to the contractor. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: That any further sales of units for wreck- <br />in by private persons shall be deemed a violation of the <br />pr visions of the contract entered into between Interstate <br />De olition Corporation and the Redevelopment Commission and in <br />th event same shall recur the appropriate penalty clauses under <br />th contract will be invoked. <br />inch adjourned 12:15 p.m. <br />James G <br />.
