the <br />areas <br />ther <br />AUTHORIZING FILING OF FEASIBILITY SURVEY APPLICATION <br />, under Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, <br />ing and Home Finance Administrator is authorized to extend <br />1 assistance to local public agencies for surveys of urban <br />determine whether.the undertaking of urban renewal projects <br />may be feasible; and <br />WHE EAS, it is desirable and in the public interest that the <br />City o South Bend, Department of Redevelopment conduct such a survey <br />in thelurban area situated in the city of South Bend, County of <br />St. <br />fo <br />, and the State of Indiana, and generally described as <br />Marion St., Madison St., Notre Dame Ave., Grand Trunk R. R. R.O.W., <br />St., Fellow St., South St., Taylor St. <br />, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />intends to initiate the planning of an urban.renewal project in the <br />said urban area after the aforementioned survey, provided that the <br />of an urban renewal project therein is deemed feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment: <br />Section 1.
