BODY <br />STREET <br />pre <br />RESOLUTION NO. 40 <br />ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />RECOMMENDED MINIMUM LAND DISPOSITION PRICES FOR SAMPLE <br />INDIANA R -7. <br />, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has had <br />three (3) independent reuse appraisals for Sample Street <br />Projects land; and <br />the Commission and staff have carefully reviewed <br />these appraisals and found them satisfactory; <br />, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following disposition <br />prices* recommended to the Housing and Home Finance Agency for <br />concurrence: <br />Parcel #1 - <br />23.74 <br />per <br />sq. <br />ft. <br />#2 - <br />25.74 <br />per <br />sq. <br />ft. <br />#3 - <br />75.34 <br />per <br />sq. <br />ft. <br />#4 - <br />24.74 <br />per <br />sq. <br />ft. <br />#5 - <br />48.34 <br />per <br />sq. <br />ft. <br />B <br />IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />that <br />Parcels <br />#1, #2 and #4 be offered <br />at thelabove prices for light industrial reuse and that Parcels #3 <br />and #5 be offered at their respective prices for commercial reuse. <br />es G. 4uis, President <br />outh Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />
