ResoU <br />�tion No. 53 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution, together <br />with he supporting data, map, plat, list and plan be submitted to the <br />South Bend City Plan Commission for examination by said body and <br />determination as to whether the redevelopment plan conforms to the <br />master plan for the development of the City, and for their written <br />ordero approving or disapproving this declaratory resolution and the <br />lopment plan proposed and the approval thereof by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event said plan commission- <br />ers a d the Common Council of the City of South Bend shall approve the <br />propo ed redevelopment plan, then a notice shall be published in <br />accordance with the requirements of the governing statutes, fixing <br />a data for the hearing and receiving of remonstrances and objections <br />from all persons interested in or affected by the proposed acquisition <br />and redevelopment, and for the final determination by this Commission <br />of the public utility and benefit of the proposed acquisition and <br />redevelopment of the above described area. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Commission held on November 15, 1962, at the office of the <br />Commission, 129 West Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />S E A <br />ATTEST: <br />Fred <br />Helmen, Secretary <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />James G.
