Resolutid forth in Urban Re >n Page- ; 2 the Relocation Plan attached hereto and marked for the iewal Project contemplated by said application; and the Urban Renewal Plan and the conditions under which the Local Pu lic Agency will make Relocation Payments were reviewed and consider d at said meeting; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is cognizant of the conditions that are imposed in the undertaking and carrying out of urban renewal projects with Federal financial assist- ance under Title I, including those prohibiting discrimination because of race, color, creed, or national origin: NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the city of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, as follows: 1. Tlat the conditions under which the Local Public Agency will make Rel cation Payments are hereby in all respects approved. 2. That the Urban Renewal Plan is hereby in all respects approved and the ecretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Urb n Renewal Plan with the minutes of this meeting.
