RESOLUTION NO. 54A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE <br />CHAPIN STREET PROJECT INDIANA R -29 AS AMENDED BY <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment, has <br />heretofore passed a resolution approving an Urban Renewal Plan <br />for t* Chapin Street Project, Indiana R -29, and <br />, the South Bend City Plan Commission, in making its <br />finding that said Renewal Plan conforms to the Comprehensive Plan <br />of the �ity of South Bend, has stipulated that the Scott Street <br />s under the New York Central Railroad shall remain open. <br />. That the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Commission hereby concurs in said stipulation and adopts said <br />Renewal�Plan as amended and recommends to the Common Council of <br />the Cit� of South Bend the approval of said Urban Renewal Plan as <br />Ad pted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on December 20, 1962, at the office of the Commission, <br />129 Wes <br />Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />S E A <br />ATTEST: <br />Fred J.
