RESOLVED that the foregoing Amended Urban Renewal <br />Plan a carried out in full compliance with the provisions of <br />Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, specifically <br />including all the provisions prohibiting discrimination because <br />of ra�e, color, creed or national origin. <br />RESOLVED that all provisions of the Urban Renewal <br />Plan adopted on May 5, 1960, for the Sample Street Project <br />Indiana R -7, except as amended herein, are hereby retained <br />and reaffirmed. <br />F RTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary be and he is hereby <br />direc ed to file a certfied copy of said Amended Urban Renewal <br />Plan *ith the minutes of this meeting; and after approval by <br />the C ty Plan Commission and the Common Council of the City <br />of So th Bend, Indiana, and the Housing and Home Finance Agency, <br />he isIfurther directed to record same in the Office of the <br />Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />at a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held March 7, 1963, at the Office of the Commission, <br />129 W, <br />SEAL <br />ATTEST: <br />Colfax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Secretary <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />President <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />
