The JM PVC roofing solution has over 25 years of commercial <br />experience and is utilized on many different building types including educational facilities, office building, airports, retail, <br />industrial, and others. <br />We are submitting a pre -bid system approval request for roofing materials tailored to the above referenced project, to provide a <br />JM PVC SD Plus 60 mil roofing system. <br />Addressing Product Offering <br />• Johns Manville is proposing the following PVC roofing system that meets the criteria and intention of the specified <br />roofing assembly: <br />The roof assembly shall be composed of the following JM components: <br />o Membrane: JM PVC SD Plus, Adhered or Mechanically Fastened <br />o Insulation: ENRGY 3, Mechanically Fastened <br />o Deck: Existing Roofing System <br />• These assemblies will be eligible for a 20 year No Dollar Limit Johns Manville Peak Advantage Guarantee once a <br />moisture scan and replacement of wet insulation and pull tests are completed and a Johns Manville Technical <br />Representative inspects and approves the installed JM roofing system. <br />• Johns Manville is a Denver, Colorado based corporation with operations in North America and abroad. <br />Johns Manville Specifier Services <br />Johns Manville offers a number of resources for specification services to accurately assess and develop the proper roofing <br />assembly including system selection, technical assistance, and specification review. <br />We look forward to your favorable review and approval of this substitution request.
