Brown, Director <br />January 9, 2019 <br />The.Indiana State Approving Agency conducted a supervisory visit on 01/8/2019 at Indiana <br />Laborers Training Trust Fund -Apprenticeship. The purpose of the visit was to provide training to <br />the Certifying Officials and review enrollment certifications, record retention and reporting <br />procedures. <br />The organization demonstrated proper record maintenance and record maintenance and reporting <br />procedures; During the visit, we discussed the importance of reporting hours on a monthly basis, <br />good record keeping techniques, and how to report a leave of absence or completion via VA Form <br />22-1999b.
