The direct services provided by the <br />EAP are sponsored by The Michiana Area Electrical Health and Welfare Fund. <br />In Compliance with Public Law 100-690 (The Drug -Free Workplace Act), any participant who is <br />convicted of a drug or alcohol violation occurring in the workplace and who is employed by The <br />Michiana Area Electrical Health & Welfare Fund affiliated employer must report this <br />information to his/her immediate supervisor no later than five (5) days after such conviction. <br />The supervisor must report this information immediately to the funding agency. <br />
