Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance and <br />equipment to perform the improvement as outlined under four separate Divisions as <br />follows, including associated alternates: <br />2. Division A: Barrel roof on 315 W. Jefferson (not the roof on 319 W. Jefferson). The scope <br />of work includes: <br />a. Remove and dispose of all edge metal and flashings and grid. <br />b. Perform thermal scan and remove, dispose, and replace as needed any saturated <br />insulation and roofing. <br />c. Remove existing TPO membrane and felt underlayment. � 1T,III iii Basfe Wlllli9 III <br />d. Install new fan fold insulation. �. µ t" N�l.....11 <br />e. Over the new insulation adhere .060 white Sika Sarnafil Sikaplan Pjyzmembrane (or <br />approved equal) with manufacturer's approved bonding adhesive. <br />f. Provide and install all necessary flashings on all roof penetrations required to meet <br />the manufacturer's specifications. <br />g. Remove and dispose of existing coping, term bar, and insert flashing. Provide and <br />install new shop fabricated 24-gauge metal coping cap as well as insert <br />counterFlashing at all rooftop curbs where necessary. <br />h. Provide a manufacturer's 20-year 60 MPH warranty upon completion of this work. All <br />work shall include dumpsters, restroom facilities, and permits. <br />i. Please note that voluntary alternates will be considered for all of Division A work. <br />3. Division B: Exterior Masonry Repair and Coating. The scope of work includes <br />a. chemical clean all masonry surfaces; <br />b. waterproof all masonry with Siloxane PD or equal; <br />c. remove and replace all window sealant with Dow 20 year silicone sealant or equal; <br />d. grind out skyward facing mortar joints in limestone coping and replace with Dow 20 <br />year silicone sealant or equal; <br />e. clean and paint all steel lintels over window heads; and <br />f. provide cost for grinding, tuckpointing, and brick replacement on a square foot basis. <br />g.
