Due to addition work effort as described in the change order by the City of <br />South Bend and the Kronos team in final preparation for the implementation of the Kronos HR <br />Payroll system, it will be necessary to extend the project timeline with a go live for the first pay <br />check dated in October, 2019. Kronos will be committing approximately 462 additional hours to <br />the project. The City intends to cover the cost of 219 of these hours at a rate of $150 per hour. <br />The total fee for the change order is $32,850. The original agreement for the implementation <br />was approved by the Board of Public Works on December 22"d, 2016. <br />Thank you, <br />Dan O'Connor <br />
