OF <br />ve <br />th <br />RESOLUTION #66 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT <br />AMENDING LOAN AND CAPITAL GRANT CONTRACT <br />NO. INDIANA R -7 (LG) BY AND BrETV7EEN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />REDEVELOPMENT nS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1, The pending proposed First Amendatory <br />itract (herein called the "Amendatory Contract "), to <br />ynd that certain Loan and Capital Grant Contract No. <br />liana R- 7(LG), dated the 17th day of August, 1060, by <br />1 between the City of South Bend, Department of Rede- <br />.opment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and <br />United States of America (herein called the "Govern - <br />it "), is hereby in all respects approved. <br />SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the Amendatory Contract in two counter- <br />parts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the Secre- <br />tary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and <br />attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each <br />su h counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the <br />Ho sing and Home Finance Agency, for execution on behalf <br />of the Government, together with such other documents <br />re ative to the approval and execution of such counter - <br />pa is as may be required by the Government. <br />SECTION 3.
