It is <br />erstood that Seller will pay the real estate taxes for the <br />r payable in the year and that portion of the <br />1 estate taxes for the year payable in the year <br />rated to the date of closing. <br />3. REJECTIONS AND WITHDRAWAL OF OFFERS <br />It is agreed that this offer shall remain open for a period of <br />si ty (60) days from the final date for delivery of offers as <br />specified above and shall remain in force thereafter until with - <br />dr wn by the Offeror in writing, and that the Department may <br />reject any and all offers, and may waive any informalities <br />th rein. <br />4.
