E.D.S.T., of as 1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, follows: 1. The President of said Board be and hereby is authorized to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed by letter. this 2nd day of July, 1964.
