_l. RESOLUT LAND IN RESOLUTION NO. 92 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF IDEAL CONSOLIDATED, INC. FOR SAMPLE STREET REDEVELOPMENT INDIANA R -7 AREA WHEREAS, Ideal Consolidated, Inc., by Ernest L. Brovold, its president, has submitted a written offer meeting the approved minimum price on Dis- posal Parcel commonly referred to as No. 4(b), Sample Street Redevelopment Project Indiana R -7; and WHEREAS, he South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the acceptanc of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal program for this rea; and WHEREAS, he land to be sold has previously been offered for sale by solicit- ing seale bids, with no bids having been received for said property, the Commissio therefore considers disposal of said land by negotiation to be the appr riate method of land disposition; and WHEREAS, he offer of 23.82¢ per square foot by Ideal Consolidated, Inc. is satisf ctory and is not less than the fair market value for uses in accordanc§ with the Urban Renewal Elan; NOW, THER FORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts the offer of Ideal onsolidated, Inc. to acquire at a price of 23.820 per square foot and redev lop the designated Disposition Parcel 4(b) which is known and described as follows: P Jo Adopted a held Octo Avenue, S, 14(b) as shown on the recorded plat of the Inner Belt trial Park, a subdivision of the City of South Bend, St. h County, Indiana. a regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission r 1, 1964 at the office of the Commission, 129 West Colfax th Bend, Indiana.
