RESOLUTION NO. 97 <br />LUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS FOR <br />PURCHASE OF $783,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF THE <br />OF SOUTH BENby DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS,, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling <br />$783,0 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal <br />Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as Chapin Street <br />Project Area, Indiana R -29, to be secured by an agreement between the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States <br />of Ame*ica, and <br />, the notes will be sold on the 19th day of January, 1965, at <br />1 p.m. JE.S.T. , <br />NOW, THEREF ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows: <br />The President of said Board be and hereby is authorized <br />to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan <br />notes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed <br />by letter. <br />Adopted this 14th day of January, 1965 <br />
