The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to a11ow for the <br />construction of a proposed addition to the United Beverage Building facility located on the <br />Northeast corner of Sample Street and Chapin Street. This vacation will also allow for the <br />re-location of United Drive approximately 280 feet to the North of its present location. <br />SECTION V.
