RESOLUTION NO. 105 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF $735,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT , the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling $735,0)0 in preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban Renewal Project in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as Sample Street Projec Area, Indiana R -7, to be secured by an agreement between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the United States of America, and , the notes will be sold on the 18th day of May, 1965 at 1 p.m. E.D.& T. NOW, TWREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the t of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows: The president of said Board or designated representative be and is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by tele- gram and confirmed by letter.
