NOW, THEI EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Depart- ment of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows: The resident of said Board or designated representatives be and is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for said preliminary loan �otes with acceptance to be by telegram and confirmed by letter.
