RESOLUTION NO. 116 <br />ADOPTING A POLICY OF PURCHASE PREFERENCE IN THE <br />LASALLE PARK NO. 1, PROJECT NO. INDIANA R -57 AREA <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is charged with <br />the necessary acquisition, clearance, and the sale of land in the <br />LaSalle ark No. 1, Project No. Indiana R -57, and <br />WHEREAS, there will be families displaced through acquisition of <br />certain residential properties and there will be some of these owners <br />and occu ants of properties who will be desirous of purchasing sites <br />in the L Salle Park Project Area for re- establishment of their homes, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby adopts a policy wherein preferences will be given, <br />to owners and occupants of residential properties to be acquired by <br />the Redevelopment Commission in the LaSalle Park Project area, for <br />purchase of available home sites for re- establishment of their homes <br />in the s id Project area. <br />,ted December 2, 1965. <br />
