RESOLUTION NO. 131 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND® DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR LAND DISPOSITION <br />AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE DEEDS IN THE SAMPLE STREET <br />PROJECT R -7 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has <br />heret fore approved the sale of certain real estate in the Sample <br />Street Project R -7 based on written offers submitted by certain <br />Redev lopers hereinafter described, together with adequate deposits <br />by sa'd Redevelopers, and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopers hereinafter described have <br />execu ed Contracts for Land Disposition and are now ready, willing <br />and a le to pay the balance of the purchase price, and <br />WHEREAS, upon the payment of the balance of the purchase <br />price by said Redevelopers, said Redevelopers are entitled to a <br />Quit- laim Deed from the Department of Redevelopment, <br />NOW* THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend <br />Redev lopment Commission hereby approves the Contracts for Land <br />Dispo ition executed by the Redevelopers hereinafter set out for <br />the s le of the real estate immediately described after each <br />Redeveloper, and does further authorize the President and <br />Secretary of the Redevelopment Commission to execute said <br />Contracts for Land Disposition for and on behalf of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission with the following Redevelopers <br />for t e real estate hereinafter described following each <br />Redev loper, to -wit: <br />Redeveloper <br />Description <br />Hans A.
