RESOLUTION NO. 135 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H 6144 <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ". <br />ADOPTED May 26, 1966 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the <br />three separate appraisals for 80 Parcels of real estate being a portion <br />only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and <br />W . EREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 80 Parcels of real estate <br />as sh wn on HHFA Form H -6144, dated May 25, 1966, are in the opinion <br />of the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the <br />filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated <br />May 25, 1966, for 80 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held o May 26, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Avenu , South Bend, Indiana. <br />SOUTH B D REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />SEAL) <br />ATTEST <br />W,IJ_a�f Chong, ExecutiverDire�ctor <br />
