Prepare a Boundary Survey and legal descriptions for use to create a Deed of Dedication Plat including showing road improvements for the following areas: a). Dean Johnson/Fellows drive connector, south of Sample Street including the roundabout at their intersection. Survey will include showing road improvements. North side of Sample Street running from Main Street on the west to Fellows Street on the east. Survey will include showing road improvements.
