Exhibit A <br />Services Provided <br />... <br />The Firm agrees to furnish and perform the following services with respect to the accounting studies <br />conducted for the Solid Waste department and the development of user fees estimated to be adequate to <br />provide for the necessary revenue requirements. <br />Article I. Analysis of Costs and Revenues 'Nate Analysis) (Consulting Services <br />A. Determine historical costs for providing collection and disposal services. <br />1. Solid Waste <br />2. Yard Waste <br />B. Working with representatives of the client, establish a multi -year budget identifying <br />projected annual operation, maintenance, and capital requirements. <br />C. Develop various options for proposed user rates that will generate sufficient revenues <br />to fund the proposed operation, maintenance, and capital budgets. <br />D. Meet with representatives of the client to present the financial analysis and rate <br />recommendations. <br />E. Prepare a final report containing the financial analysis and final rates to be adopted. <br />F. Provide information to the City's attorney for the preparation of required ordinances, <br />resolutions, and legal notices. <br />G. Attend meetings and hearings before the City Council, as needed. <br />
