attend the Contractor's vendor training and review training for conformance with the Contract <br />Documents. This will be performed by subconsultant. <br />• Start -Up Assistance: Assist with preparation of startup plans to coordinate the responsibilities of <br />the Contractor, I&C system supplier, and the Owner at the time when construction is complete and <br />the facilities are ready for operation. On -site services will be provided to assist in the start-up of <br />Final Clarifier Nos. 1 through 5 and the disinfection facilities. This will be performed by <br />subconsultant. <br />26. Final Notice of Acceptability of the Work. Conduct a final visit to the Project to determine if the <br />completed Work of Contractor is acceptable so that Engineer may recommend, in writing, final <br />payment to Contractor. Accompanying the recommendation for final payment, Engineer shall also <br />provide a notice in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E (the "Notice of Acceptability of Work") that <br />the Work is acceptable to the best of Engineer's knowledge, information, and belief and based on the <br />extent of the services provided by Engineer under this Agreement. The scope of these engineering <br />services is based on the final visit conducted during the regular progress meeting. <br />Deliverables <br />This project includes the following deliverables. <br />1. Preliminary (50%) Design. This submittal includes documents that communicate the results of the <br />preliminary design and establishes the scope of the construction work. <br />• Preliminary drawings showing layouts <br />• Preliminary construction phasing <br />• Technical specifications for major equipment <br />• Opinion of probable construction cost <br />• Preliminary construction schedule <br />• Hard copies (four each, half size drawings) and one electronic copy (pdf, searchable format) <br />2. 90% Design Submittal. This submittal includes documents that communicate the detailed design <br />approach and intent of all disciplines. <br />• List of major equipment items and vendors to be named in the specifications <br />• Design drawings showing required demolitions, layouts, electrical -single line diagrams <br />• Project specifications: front end, general requirements, and technical specifications <br />• Opinion of probable construction cost <br />• Preliminary construction schedule <br />• Hard copies (four half-size drawings, two project manuals) and one electronic copy (pdf, <br />searchable format) <br />3. Bid Submittal. This submittal includes 100% complete drawings and specifications suitable for <br />bid purposes, opinion of probable construction costs, construction schedule, and design <br />calculations, and has all City comments incorporated.
