July 23, 2019 S36-0719 City of South Bend- Century Center River Lights Martell Electric, LLC is pleased to provide the following electrical proposal based upon your request. $9,800.00 Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars • We will remove and dispose of the (18) existing river lights. • We will install (12) new owner provided Lumenbeam LBX type RA fixtures. • We will provide and install power and lighting control to the new Lumenbeam fixtures • We will install (4) owner provided Lumenfacade type LA fixtures. • We will provide power to the Lumenfacade fixtures and connect them to the existing lighting control. • We will mount and provide power to the new owner provided PHAROS-SPL. • On the Island we will remove the existing Lumen Touch Controller and provide a new DMX cable to the existing PHAROS-SPL. • We will provide and install all POE cables to accomplish this work. • We will install all DMX cables to accomplish this work. • We will provide and install all raceways to accomplish this work. • All programming of the lighting control to be done by Others. • We will provide a lift for all high work. Clarifications: Work is quoted to be done during normal business hours M-F, 7am-4pm. This quote is good for 60 days.
