RESOLUTION NO. 305 <br />WHEREAS, Karl Ebel, for various reasons and <br />is health, desires to tender his resignation as Executive <br />irector of the Department of Redevelopment of the City <br />South Bend; <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the resigna- <br />tion tendered by Karl Ebel as Executive <br />Director of the Department of Redevelopment <br />of the City of South Bend, is hereby <br />accepted and said resignation shall take <br />effect immediately. <br />This resolution was adopted on the 2nd day <br />f July , 1970. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOP.
