The upstream manhole needed to <br />be replaced with a new 72" saddle manhole structure needed to be constructed to tie into this <br />sewer. The Sewer and Streets Department was able <br />to provide striping on the project following asphalt placement. Additionally, Sewer Department <br />installed and maintained bypass pumping throughout the project to reduce cost.
